Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED TO BRING A SAW?

Although we have saws if you do not, we still ask all our customers to bring their own saw. Many of ours go missing throughout the holiday season so we cannot guarantee one!

DO I NEED TO BRING ROPE?

No, we will provide rope should you be tying the tree to the roof of your car. We also offer FREE baling, so the tree is easier to carry and tie down.

CAN I CUT MY OWN?

Of course! You can cut your own for $5 off the tree price, and we'll provide you or your family saws!
