Available Dates & Times 

Hendry’s Christmas Tree Farm is available for photography sessions from January 1 to November 20.

Full $150 Shoots are limited to morning and afternoon slots of 4-hours each (8:00am - 12:00pm and 12:30pm to 4:30pm).

Nighttime shoots (after 4pm) are available upon request.

 

Booking Fees

• One-time $50 (HST Incl.) ○ 1hour

  • 1 Hour

  • One family

  • Use of entire farm, including the store (except inside barns)

• Full $150 (HST Incl.)

  • 4 hours

  • Unlimited amount of families

  • Use of entire farm, including the store (except inside barns)

• Exclusive use of farm for 4-8 hours available upon request

  We require full payment to be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled day via e-transfer or cash.
   

Booking your Session

Please email Nathalie and John at audie4507@hotmail.com, including the following information:

• Your first and last name

• Your phone number

• Preferred dates (open Jan 1 to Nov 20)

• Preferred times (morning or afternoon slot)

  • Morning slot - 8:00am to 12:00am

  • Afternoon slot - 12:30pm - 4:30pm

• What packages you are interested in (One-time $50, Full $150, or exclusive use of farm)

• Proof of insurance​

Before the Photo Session

We recommend visiting the farm prior to the photo session to choose your preferred spots on the farm so you may more easily direct your clients.

​

All areas of the farm are available for photo sessions except inside the barns or within 50 feet of the back and middle barn.

We require full payment to be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled day via e-transfer or cash drop off.

Provide us with proof of liability insurance

During the Photo Session

Check in with Nathalie or John on the morning you arrive and leave your cell phone number.

It is not the responsibility of Hendry’s Tree Farm employees to help your clients find you. Please ensure you have given your clients your cell phone number and adequate information to locate you when they arrive.

We may have multiple photographers on the farm at any time. Please confirm with each family that they are your clients and not those of another photographer.

 

After the Photo Session

We appreciate all images uploaded to social media being tagged with our location whether posted by you or your clients.
